Privacy Policy

It is Shannon's policy that her business collect personal information from her clients that include but not limited to: their E-mail, phone number and first and last name while operating the website. This is to ensure that the personal information recieved by the photographer is used in professional circumstances and will never be shared publicly with other resources or revenues. This consent is always confirmed by the client through the contact form on the website before booking. Personal information will remain protected through secured safeguards and website cookies to prevent fraud, identity theft or disclosure of the person. 

If the client does not consent to having their photos in the galleries, Shannon's privacy policy entails that the consumer will recieve their photos privately through a mobile app to prevent exposure of the client. To ensure that this gets conducted properly, I ask that you include this request in the contact form under "Message" before booking. 

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained. Shannon Marie Photography may change this privacy policy from time to time at Shannon Marie Photography's sole discretion.
