1. COPYRIGHT
i. The copyright Designs and Patents Acts assign the copyright of the images to the photographer.  

2. DISPLAY
i. The client(s) hereby allow(s) the photographer to display any photograph covered by this contract and to generally promote the business in advertising, magazine articles, social media, websites, sample albums etc. UNLESS otherwise stated through the submission form. Please review my submission for further details.

3. PAYMENT

i. All payments are in full, with a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure your booking. Please read these steps below on how to complete your deposit leading up to your session:

After submitting your form, please send me your deposit through zelle no later than 48 hours. If I don’t receive your payment within this time frame, I will not be able to secure your requested date. You will have to reschedule with an updated submission form.
